By using the Teacher Support Assistant app, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.

Permitted use

The app is intended exclusively for teachers who use the Madrasati platform. Its purposes are to:

Manage weekly class schedules and prepare lessons.
Securely forward SMS messages related to the school platform to the Madrasati platform.

Prohibited use

Using the app for any non-educational purpose or any purpose not authorized by the relevant authority.
Forwarding non-school messages or using the forwarding feature in violation of applicable policies.
Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, decode, or disassemble any part of the app or its servers.
Attempting unauthorized access to data, accounts, or systems belonging to the Madrasati platform.
Using the app in a way that causes disruption or harm to other users or infrastructure.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or damage resulting from use of the app, including, without limitation, failures of the Madrasati platform or internet connection.

Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights related to the app and its content — including its design, logos, text, and software — are owned by Tadeer or its licensors. No part of the app may be copied, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app immediately if you breach any of these Terms of Use or if your conduct poses a risk to security or privacy.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. You will be informed of material changes through the app or your registered email. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
